To get a complete picture, Paulsen conducted one-on-one interviews with NIPCO’s executive team and used its FOCUS platform to gather anonymous input from board members, staff, and leadership. This process encouraged open, honest discussions and helped surface the most pressing issues facing the co-op.
Defining Priorities
The conversations centered on the biggest factors shaping NIPCO’s future, like shifts in energy generation, evolving regulations, and workforce development. Leadership worked together to define what matters most and how to prepare for what’s ahead.
